All sales are final. ELhyme LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you’re not in love with an item, feel free to re-gift it to a friend. In the rare case of damaged items, please contact Team@elhyme.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and shipping box.
How to Report a Damaged Item
- To report a damaged or defective product:
- Email Team@elhyme.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and the required photos of the item and box.
- Our team will review your claim and contact you within 3–5 business days with next steps.
Replacements or store credit may be offered at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
